The Good News
Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God Most High says this “For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He gave up His only begotten Son (Jesus), so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.”Do you know that God has chosen “YOU” before the foundations of the world to be His own precious child? And that is the very reason, why you are here reading this. Believe me, you are not here by chance or co-incidence, but because of His sovereign plan, love and grace.
The “Good News” that God wants to tell you is that “He loves you” and He has done everything required for you to have this relationship with Him, through Jesus Christ His Son.
John 3:16
You may think, “What do you mean by destruction” or “lost”?
If we truly take a look within ourselves, we will be able to see that there is something missing in us. There is a sense of not being in control of ourselves and our circumstances or even people around us. We feel the burden of sin, which the Holy Bible defines as “any wrongdoing” hovering over us. Those who believe in some god or another, have tried to make themselves lighter from this burden by trying to please God by different kinds of sacrifice or obedience, or even our many works and acts of compassion. But in spite of all our efforts, we still have not gained victory over our sins and continue to fail in some area or another. Those who do not believe in God also see themselves struggling with life and they too are looking for an answer for their strife. We all are far from perfect and by our own efforts are actually living without hope in this world. We all agree that, when we do wrong, we have to end up paying for it some way or another.
This is exactly the reason why Jesus Christ becomes the answer, a solution to our problem.
John 3:17
Romans 6:23
When God created man, He created him perfect and with a self will. He did not make robots, who don’t have a right to choose what to do and what not to. But because God loved us and created us, the Creator wanted His creation to love Him back in return by their own will. However, it was when man disobeyed that sin entered into man and then caused corruption of the flesh, which passed on to all generations, which included you and me. But even at that time God had a plan, a solution to the problem of sin within us.
This is why Jesus is important to you and me.
Jesus who existed from everlasting to everlasting as God, came into the world in the form of man and lived a perfect life, without sin. He preached the Good News of the salvation that He has to offer. People were not willing to accept the Good News, refusing to understand it, rejected Him as being the Saviour. They could not believe Him, when He claimed to be the Son of God and someone who had the power and authority to forgive sins and give eternal life. They cruelly put Him to death. But even through that, God worked out our salvation. It is then that He took our sins and thesinsof the entire world upon Himself – past, present and future. Being sinless, He became the only perfect sacrifice that could only please God forever. He paid the price of our sins, by dying on the cross, shedding His blood, once and for all. However, God did not allow Him to remain dead. On the third day, He came back to life in a glorious body and spirit. All this took place, just as Jesus predicted before he was put to death. So he practised and fulfilled all that He preached. After He came back to life He spent another 40 days with His followers teaching them and giving direction and was then taken up to heaven in front of as many as 500 witnesses. Today, He is alive and seated at the right hand of God the Father, interceding for us. He lives forever and is soon coming back again to take all of us who believe in Him.
An everlasting life and victorious life over sin and death, He offers to us.All we need to do is believe in Him with all our heart, believe that His sacrifice on the cross was for our sins, once and for all, and believe that God raised Him up from the dead, and confess with our very mouth that “Jesus is Lord”. In doing so, we will be saved. Our good works will not save us, nor will any other sacrifice. But only believing in Him will. We are saved by grace, through faith in Christ Jesus, God’s Only Son.
John 14:6
Revelation 3:20
This is the “Good News” I have to share to you. I have experienced it personally and so have millions others.

You will have peace with God, in Jesus. He has a wonderful home prepared for all who believe in Him. There He will be with us and us with Him. At that time, in this new home, He will wipe away every tear from our eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain. Only Righteousness, Peace and Joy in the Holy Spirit.
Only the Love of God for us could have achieved this. God wants to conform you in the image of His Son Jesus, only if you believe. If you feel you want to take this step of faith in knowing Jesus more, do get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help introduce you to Jesus Christ, our Lord and yours.
